Request: Add tracks 1.24 and 1.24-ops for Anbox Cloud NFS Operator Charm

Hi Team,

we would like to request 1.24 and 1.24-ops tracks for the following Anbox Cloud Charm, namely:

anbox-cloud-nfs

For other anbox cloud charms we got guardrails created which allow us to create tracks in the format <major>.<minor> for reactive and <major>.<minor>-ops for ops charms (reference Extended guardrails for Anbox Cloud charms to allow -ops suffix) . We would like to request the same guardrails to be replicated here for this charm.
