Waiting and Waiting and Waiting

I followed the quick start instructions on https://microstack.run/

I ran sudo microstack.init --auto and I am starting at

Waiting for 10.20.20.1:5672 for eternity.

What should I try?

Hi, @tinjaw, welcome to the forums!

There’s a known issue w/ the classically confined snap on eoan and focal, which can cause this behavior.

You can work around it by deploying the edge snap in devmode, or by deploying the classic snap to a bionic host.

The MicroStack folks are working on a strict snap that will resolve the issue, but it’s a non trivial amount of work.
