I am also not able to view the charmhub page for some reason even though i have already created the page. This is the error i get: 404: We couldn't find that page But i can confirm that the charm is registered:

charmcraft register haproxy-ddos-protection-configurator

I have transferred the ownership of the charm as requested.

Regarding the 404, that is likely because there has been no release of the charm (based only on the two commands you provided). If you release the charm to a channel the charm should appear on the page.
