Track request for Netbox K8s Charm

Hi team! Can you please create new track 4 and remove the latest for https://charmhub.io/netbox-k8s ?

I am the owner currently but I asked for a ownership transfer to Canonical IS DevOps team in here.

Hi,

I have created the track 4. Also the latest track is always present by default.

But for your use case, you can close the latest track (i.e., unpublish revisions from it) using the charmcraft close command and it won’t be visible on the charmhub revisions page.
