Track creation request for ubuntu-advantage charm

Hi,

I would like to request a new track creation named “noble” for the ubuntu-advantage charm - https://charmhub.io/ubuntu-advantage.

Currently our noble specific branch is deployed to a separate branch on the latest channel but that comes with an expiry date.

Also, unrelated but is there a reason i cannot see branches on the Charmhub website?
