This pulse we did 
- Created a new charmlib for integrating with our new Sloth charm.
- Created Rock and some docs for sloth.
- Now working on cutting the first release of Sloth to the store.
- Refactored parca-k8s to use the nginx charmlib
- @gmerold has been working on stabilising the persistent COS deployment in our internal infra (and set up alerts to wake us up when servers go south)
