Hi all,

we’re still here, tracing, profiling, and chaos-confusing all your code.

What did we do this pulse

  • Litmus control plane is much closer to the finish line - we added TLS support, Terraform modules, ingress integration, a lot of documentation (available on readthedocs), UI fixes and are close to getting self-monitoring merged as well.
  • otel-ebpf-profiler charm was released to arm64
  • we investigated integrating litmus with istio, but we encountered failures on the way. We’ll likely talk to the community to find out if there are fundamental incompatibilities.

Random trivia

  • At least half of the team likes mountains enough so that they went there in the last 2 weeks.
  • Other 25% of the team prefers castles and what some argue is the sea but others say it’s just a “bay”
  • Other 25% of the team starts being able to walk outside as the heat slowly subsides
