Below are the team updates for the Tracing & Profiling part of the amazing Observability team.

What we’ve done
- We wrapped up the work on Pyroscope, focusing on getting the profiling integration over the finish line, and integrating with otelcollector-k8s.
- We also got plenty done integrating with otelcollector VM charm, but bumped against some rough edges due to the in-development nature of the charm (and the fact that it turns out profiling data is really hard to mock for testing purposes).
- We also did some groundwork for charmed chaos, by:
- writing rocks for the litmus chaos control plane, in preparation for the charms that will deploy them
- written initial skeletons for the control plane charms
- Fixed a few bugs with Tempo in non-TLS deployments
