I’ve created the dev and 1 tracks as requested, alongside a \d guardrail for generic-exporter-operator.

Can we extended it to \d+(-lts)? so that we’re allowed to create tracks of the form 1 and also 1-lts, please.

Can we also remove the latest track as we going to use 1,2 for stable release.

I’ve added the \d+ and \d+-lts guardrails as requested.

The latest track cannot be removed, however the channels may be closed with charmcraft close.
