A guardrail with the pattern ^0\.\d+\.\d+(-lts)?$. The idea is to have tracks that can be 0.x where x itself can be e.g. 29.0, 30.0 etc and there may be an occasional -lts at the end.
For the guardrail, would tracks ie. 0.29.0 and 0.29.1 be backwards-compatible? If so would, reducing the guardrail to allow for only tracks like 0.29 and 0.30, or 0.29.0 and 0.30.0, be appropriate here? Or do we want to still allow for tracks like 0.29.1 and 0.29.2?
