Request Track v1.0 for Microcluster Token Distributor Charm

Hello, I am requesting a v1 track for the Microcluster-token-distributior charm. Also a rail guard of the form v\d+ would be nice as we would like to create stable versions starting with v1, but having the option to move to a v2 or v3 if we implement major changes (which I would like to avoid).
