request: sunbeam-machine and sunbeam-clusterd track + ownership

Hi,

Could you change the sunbeam-clusterd charm’s ownership to the group openstack-charmers ?

Moreover, could you add the track 2023.2 to the charm, and the guardrail \d\d\d\d\.\d ? Can you also the same tracks and guardrails to sunbeam-machine ? (already has the right ownership)

Hi,

The 2023.2 track and the \d\d\d\d\.\d guardrail have now been created for both charms. Moreover, sunbeam-clusterd is now owned by openstack-charmers.
