Request reserved name + creation of tracks

Hi there,

We - the data team - would like to request the reserved name opensearch-k8s, that doesn’t seem to be active anymore (last revision October 2021), similarly the last commit was made in 2021, so it’s fair to say it’s abandoned.

Furthermore, we’d like to request the creation of the following tracks:

  • 2/ for opensearch-k8s
  • 2/ for opensearch-dashboards-k8s
