Request: Please remove stable and beta channels

Can you please remove the latest/stable and latest/beta channels for these charms and bundle, as was requested by @finos-foundation :

Hello,

This operation is best performed by the charm’s publisher, who can close the unneeded channels using charmcraft close - example: charmcraft close finos-legend-bundle latest/beta.

We don’t administratively manage channels unless something is broken and keeping the above procedure from working.
