Request: please add ‘subordinate’ track for the charm-juju-lint

Hi there :wave: Charm juju-lint will change its architecture to be a subordinate charm.

For that, we want to make a soft transition with some deprecation warnings saying that it won’t be possible to upgrade the charm without redeploying as subordinate.

In order to do that, we would like to ask the creation of the subordinate track.
