Request ownership of `netbox` reserved name.

From Canonical IS DevOps we are trying to register the netbox charm, but the name is currently reserved and requires manual approval. Could it be possible to transfer this name to the Canonical IS DevOps team?

$ charmcraft register netbox
Store operation failed:
- reserved-name: Name 'netbox' is reserved and requires manual approval

Besides, then trying to register through https://charmhub.io, the next message appears:

I’ve been able to register this name. Can we have ownership transferred to Canonical IS DevOps in Launchpad please?
