Request for track guardrails and 1.28 track for the MicroK8s charm

Hi,

Could we please have track guardrails for the MicroK8s charm releases? The tracks should match the K8s releases, eg 1.27, 1.28, 1.29, … Therefore the regex for the guardrail should be [0-9]+\.[0-9]+

As part of this request could we also have a “1.28” track for the respective release?

The [0-9]+\.[0-9]+ guardrail and the 1.28 track have been successfully created for microk8s.
