Request: create guardrail for `Litmus` charms

Hi team,

Could you please add a track guardrail to the below observability charms?

• litmus-chaoscenter-k8s
• litmus-auth-k8s
• litmus-backend-k8s

We’d like to create a track named 2 and/or 2-lts , and allow for easy creation of tracks numbered after integers. The requested guardrail pattern would be \d+(-lts)? .
