request: charm ownership change

hi team,

we would like to change the ownership of the following charms to the account with username businessdata (email business-data@groups.canonical.com). all the charms are currently owned by the LP group Commercial Systems (which Business Data is a part of) or current and former members of the group.

OK, this should be done. I still see the old publisher but I think that is some caching at play. Please let me know if you see any issues

the publisher is still the same for all the charms. when does the cache update? thanks.
