Hello, please transfer the ownership of the tenant-service charm charms to the identity charmers

Hi,

LP teams are being deprecated. We recommend creating a Store account linked to your team via ie. an email alias or mailing list (the latter is not recommended, but easier) to transfer the charm to. An example email is in this previous request. In the meantime, the current charm owner should be able to add more collaborators from https://charmhub.io/<charm-name>/collaboration as well.
