Request: Change ownership for masakari-k8s

Hi,

Could you change the masakari-k8s charm’s ownership to the group openstack-charmers ?

Also can you create guardrail \d{4}\.\d (versioning is yyyy.1 or yyyy.2 ) for

I’ve created a requested guardrail and have done the ownership transfer.

masakari-k8s is unlisted now, but API output shows that everything should be fine:
