Request: add track 16 to postgresql-bundle & postgresql-k8s-bundle (+ add guardrails)

Hi,

Can you please add:

  • track 16 to postgresql-bundle
  • track 16 to postgresql-k8s-bundle
  • add guardrails \d+ (14,15,16,17, … ) for both postgresql-bundle and postgresql-k8s-bundle (so we can add them the next time without the forum request).
