Request: `0.42` track for `falco` charm

Hi, I would like to request 0.42 track for falco charm (this charm has no released yet), and set 0.42/stable as the default channel.

This is because falco will bump version by a non-patch number (i.e. minor) for each “major” or “breaking change”. See falco/RELEASE.md at master · falcosecurity/falco · GitHub and https://github.com/falcosecurity/falco/releases.
