Replacing microk8s with Canonical K8s and Juju 4 added in my cloud-init scripts for charm-dev

Hello mates!

I’ve updated my cloud-init scripts:

1. Microk8s was replaced by Canonical K8s
2. Old versions of Juju were removed (2.9, 3.4, 3.5)
3. Juju 4 was included!
