Register a charm with reserved name "chrony"

Hello, I am currently developing the new version of the NTP charm for the new Ubuntu time server. However, when I attempted to register the Chrony charm on Charmhub, I encountered an issue as “chrony” appears to be a reserved name for charms. Is there anyone that can help me with registering this charm under the canonical-is-devops team?
