It’s already present on some, and we would need it everywhere.

There’s a self-serve feature to add collaborators to a charm on https://charmhub.io/<charm-name>/collaboration page. It would be possible for one of the members in Canonical IS DevOps team to add platform-engineering@lists.canonical.com as a collaborator.

We did it for the most urgent ones, but we can’t do it for the 100 charms. I was told on mattermost the team had a script to achieve the operation at scale.
Edit: I have been told that we should not use mailing list, so the request should not be processed. I will transition to a google group and create a new one.
