For the following charms:
ovn-centralovn-chassisovn-dedicated-chassis
We currently have two sets of tracks, one referring to the upstream OVN version, and one referring to a OpenStack release name for convenience for OpenStack users.
However, due to a misunderstanding both sets of tracks have the openstack name in them, which was not intended, and is confusing because the OVN version number has nothing to do with OpenStack versioning.
As such we would like to rename one set of the tracks as follows:
