Could you change the openstack-images-sync-k8s charm’s ownership to the group openstack-charmers ?

Moreover, could you add the tracks 2023.2, 2024.1 to the charm, and the guardrail \d\d\d\d\.\d ?

This is done. The ownership transfer has been complete and the new tracks & guardrails have been successfully created.
