Neutron-api/neutron-gateway - Replace ml2 with ovn?

Hi guys,

I have been looking into the different ways i could possibly improve network performance and features by implementing different network plugins in Neutron. I know that the Canonical distribution of Openstack supports ovs under ML2.

Is there a plan to support ovn in the future instead of ML2 by the juju charms developed by canonical?

The 20.05 OpenStack Charms release provide a set of stable OVN charms. OVN is also the preferred default when deploying OpenStack Ussuri. Please refer to the OVN appendix in the OpenStack Charms Deployment Guide for more information. There is also an example in the OpenStack Base bundle.
