- Juju networking spec: suggested the draft Juju cross-cloud VPN use case, describe the relation of Juju Network with Juju Spaces
- Network agent charm prototyping: tested main functionality (manually, not using charm events) of Netmaker client-server communication inside Juju units in a localhost cloud environment
- Juju networking model: organized Juju network core group for focus discussion of networking issues and specs next year

- Fixed a 2.9.22 regression when deploying bundles with local charms multiple times #13576
- Updated dqlite scaffolding work to detect dqlite cluster peer addresses by analyzing the list of API addresses embedded in the agent configuration file #13580.
- Landed #13507 which enables support for enforcing
assumessections (if present) from charm metadata when deploying/upgrading charms.
