Lots of clean-up and small updates. Biggest news: A new Get started with the Juju SDK - Kubernetes tutorial docs, to be evolved into the golden path for the Juju SDK - Kubernetes.

  • lots of preparation for 3.0 beta2 release, including CI test fixes here, here, here, here, and here
  • as discovered by Ben, fix a go mod issue after updating to a new LXD upstream client api
  • fix for CMR consume side models to make relation removal more robust

We did a mini virtual sprint this week in partnership with Canonical’s internal IS team and @hmlanigan. This was a very productive exercise, yielding some good fixes for Juju:

  • Enhancements for default Mongo configuration.
  • Streamlining calls to AllAddresses when using juju ssh.
  • A fix for when our instance-poller attempts to update link-layer device config for machines that are no longer alive.
