• updates, here and here, which allow a 2.9 CLI to be used with a 3.0 controller
• remove obsolete macaroon code in 3.0
• fix charm resource timestamps and a long standing issue querying resources to address a problem attaching resources
• 2.9.31 release

[manadart (Joseph Phillips)]

• Patch to update our LXD dependency. This introduces some other versioning chicanery in our errors package. Resolution is forthcoming at which point we can land it.
• Couple of tidy-ups and race fixes.
• Observation of internal clouds upgraded to 2.9.31. This version has some performance enhancements and resource leak fixes that you definitely want. Go get it now.
• More spec and design work for the state back-end and networking.
