I went through the doc here which explains about adding storage to a model.
I already have openstack as well as nextcloud model with their respective applications.
I want to know in nextcloud model, is it possible to use cinder volume from openstack model as an extra storage volume?

Currently, it is not possible to attach external storage to a model. The storage that you use in Juju has to be provided by the underlying cloud.
(We’re definitely open to modelling external storage in the future – it just isn’t supported presently.)
