Juju gui error: cannot fetch the entity: no entity data returned, can you access the charmstore?

Every time I try to search or view a charm in the store I get the following errors:

I’m using version 2.7 of juju:

$ juju version
2.7.6-focal-amd64

And the latest juju gui version I have available:

$ juju upgrade-gui
Juju GUI at version 2.15.3

I followed the instructions from the following link (Jujucharms not working - framework - Charmhub) but doesn’t seem to work.

The interface also appears to be buggy because the charms symbols look like this:

Could you try with a more recent Juju version. The current one is 2.9.32.

I’ve tried that version and the GUI works, but it’s different. I would like to know if I can make the older GUI work

There are many changes since 2.7 I am not sure if that version is expected to continue working.
