I’m Sotirios living in Antwerp, Belgium.
I’ve been working the last years with Linux servers (mostly Ubuntu-based media encoding clusters), Zendesk support, JIRA workflows and client-facing roles at Vubiquity.
Just applied for the Graduate Customer Success Manager position at Canonical and I’m really looking forward to learning Juju and the charmed operators world.
If anyone has any “getting started” tips or beginner resources, I’d love to hear them! Happy to help with Linux basics or customer-support-related questions in the meantime.
