Dark Theme For Juju Gui

My colleague just introduced me to Dark Reader and has been using it with the Juju GUI. Juju GUI should get a Dark theme option.

We explored dark theme for the new JAAS Dashboard and indeed it looks quite cool I must say. We might include it in the user settings as an option once we are there with priorities.
