Kindly please create a new track for the OAI RAN CU K8s operator. The new track’s name should be 2.1.

If possible, please also change the ownership of the charm to Canonical Telco.

I have created track 2.1 for charm oai-ran-cu-k8s. I’ve also transferred ownership to Canonical Telco.
