Create track "3" for Kafka related charms

Hi,

I’m kindly requesting to create a track “3/{edge, stable, candidate, beta}” for the all the charms, related to Kafka and Zookeeper, therefore:

  • kafka (workload version 3.3.x)
  • kafka-k8s (workload version (3.3.x)
  • zookeeper (workload version 3.6.x)
  • zookeeper-k8s (workload version 3.6.x)

This is to comply to the structuring of tracks already done for other charms in dataplatfrom where the track matches the major version of the workload.

Yes, yes. I knew but I was just unsure whether one has to explicitly create risks too.
