Create multiregion openstack and juju

Hi

im planning to create a multiregion environment on openstack but is there no documentation of how to achieve this with juju

the question is Juju openstack charms have the capability relationate a new region

or this setup should be performed manually i mean
create region one with juju
create region two with another juju in another place

and populate each endpoint manually?
