Create 'latest-stable' and '24.04' tracks for 'landscape-server' charm

Hi,

I would like to get the ‘latest-stable/’ and ‘24.04/’ tracks created for the Landscape Server Charm.

I’d also like to have the “\d+\.\d+” guardrail added, as to create the next track(s) ourselves.
