If I can piggy back here, we will have more charms owned by members of the above LP team that we will want to transfer over, such as: canonical-seceng-ppa-deps-copy

In such cases if I were to open those requests for them, would you need them to +1 in the transfer request or is the standard approach/requirement that the owner of the charms need to initiate the request?

You could just mention the charms that needs to be transferred here only. The owner of the charm need to confirm it and also get a +1 from someone from the Ubuntu Infra team
