This week I:

  • Wrote up a post about last week’s workshop, presenting some new event-simulation jhacks.
  • Worked some on a few upcoming presentations
  • Drafted a PR to reinitialize the charm instance at every harness-emitted event: https://github.com/canonical/operator/pull/835
  • Final touches to typing ops/testing.py
  • Added traefik charms to operator’s CI regression testing suite
  • Prototyped a scenario-based testing framework built on top of the harness

  • fix for some secrets tests
  • add support for secrets migration by updating juju/description
  • remove series from api params for deploying charms
