Ceph charms and NTP

Hi OpenStack Charmers,

What’s the current recommendation for the Ceph charms regarding the use of the NTP charms?

I see that the NTP charm was removed from the stable ceph-base bundle in Release 20.05 #170 without any reasoning/reference to why (besides Dmitrii’s unanswered question on why it’s getting removed).

However I’m a bit confused as the Charm Deployment Guide lists to install NTP on all nodes (though unclear if it’s intended for any other charms since it’s all colocated).

The recommendation is to put the NTP charm onto all physical machines in a deployment
