Available layers and interfaces

I am reading the docs about creating charms. The page “https://docs.jujucharms.com/2.5/en/developer-getting-started” refers to a list of available layers and interfaces at “http://interfaces.juju.solutions/” but that appears to be a newly registered domain with no real content. Where can I get a list of available layers and interfaces?
