Hi, I’m Munirat Oyewale (as you can tell from my username ). I recently applied for the Junior Project Manager role at Canonical, which is how I discovered this fantastic community.

I’m a certified Product Manager with hands-on experience in project coordination and team leadership. My background includes serving as an Educator and Dean at a College of Education, where I led several impactful initiatives.

After earning my Product Management certification, I led three cross-functional teams comprising Product Managers, Business Analysts, Product Designers, and non-intern Developers, during a product internship. Together, we developed a Computer-Based Testing system for a niche user base. Thanks to the amazing collaboration in my team, we were consistently named Best Department for our stand-up participation, timely task delivery, and overall performance.

I currently coordinate interns, manage their task boards, and support the delivery of features across multiple product streams. I’m passionate about building collaborative, high-performing teams and delivering solutions that truly serve users.
