Thanks for summarizing! After dropping py3.5 support this could become Literal type hints.

Placing these next to each other like this in a single table may give the wrong impression that they are interdependent.

Good point! We should split this in two independent tables.

I wonder if it would do better service if this is split into two separate topics:

• unit status
• workload status

For example, a topic named “leader-elected” is easier to scope (and grok) than “implementing leadership”.
