Request: Rename tracks and default tracks

Hello,

We would kindly appreciate a renaming of the 8.0.19 tracks on charmhub for the mysql-innodb-cluster and mysql-router charms to become 8.0 tracks as that is more representative of the actual version that the end user will see and it was an oversight that we included the minor release version in the track name.

We would also kindly request that the 8.0 track be made the default track for these charms as well.
