New discourse feature - support for Juju cards

For a while, charms and bundles have cards had generated for them on their webpages. They’re now able to be embedded into our Discourse.

Example: Charmed Kuberetes

The code that generates this example looks like this:

To fidn the correct <div>, visit the relevant webpage. You’ll see embedding instructions in a box on the right.
