Adding observability team as charm collaborators

Hi team, could you add the https://launchpad.net/~observability team as collaborators to the opentelemetry-collector-k8s ( Charmhub | Deploy Opentelemetry Collector K8S using Charmhub - The Open Operator Collection ) charm? I registered the charm and want to transfer ownership to the wider team :slight_smile:

If it helps, the permissions should be the same as we have for grafana-agent: Charmhub | Deploy Grafana Agent using Charmhub - The Open Operator Collection
